You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and the merchant-specific terms and conditions when purchasing products and services from [Company Name] on the Internet Services.

To order

General terms and conditions

  • The prices shown on the website are subject to VAT.

  • We apply dynamic pricing to accommodation. Prices are time-dependent and vary from month to month, week to week and day to day.

  • We sell products to adult individuals and corporate customers.

  • We reserve the right to change prices.

  • The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

  • We reserve the right to change our terms of delivery. The customer should check the current terms of delivery before placing an order.

Booking conditions

These terms and conditions apply to the products and services you rent and book. These are collectively referred to as the "item".

Booking

  • It is the customer's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the description and instructions of the booking destination(s) and the conditions attached to the booking.

  • The booking made by the customer is binding when the order/payment confirmation is sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer.

  • The customer pays for the reservation according to the payment method of his choice and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the payment method.

  • The booking system will send the order/payment confirmation to the email address provided by the customer.

  • The Merchant is not responsible for a failed booking and the customer should contact the Merchant immediately to rectify the situation.

  • The trader gives no guarantee that the item is still free in this situation.

  • If the property is not available, the money will be refunded or, if possible, another property will be offered in its place.

Cancellations and changes

  • The cancellation date is the date on which the Merchant is informed of the cancellation.

  • The customer is responsible for ensuring that the cancellation is sent in good time.

  • If the customer cancels the reservation,

    • if the reservation is [XX] days or more before the start of the booking, the reservation will be subject to a delivery charge. The delivery charge is € [XX].

    • if the reservation starts in less than [XX] days, but at least [XX] days, [XX] % of the rental price will be charged.

    • if the reservation is made less than [XX] days before the start of the stay, the full rental price will be charged.

    • For properties booked with a discount code, the full rental price will always be charged, regardless of the date of cancellation.

  • At the customer's request, the reservation may be transferred under the following conditions:

    • The transfer can only be made once.

    • It is not possible to change the destination during the transfer.

    • The transfer must take place no later than [XX] days before the start of the initial booking.

    • The transfer fee is [XX] eur (incl. VAT)

    • If the transferred reservation is cancelled, the full rental fee will always be charged, regardless of the date of cancellation.

The trader's right to cancel the reservation

  • In case of force majeure, the Merchant may terminate the lease. The customer who has rented the property will be informed of the termination without delay.

  • The customer is then entitled to a full refund of the rent paid.

  • Any costs incurred by the customer due to force majeure in the event of termination of the rental contract will not be reimbursed.

Key words

  • In the payment confirmation, the customer will receive instructions on how to collect the key.

  • In the case of a lost or unreturned key, the owner is entitled to recover the full cost of rekeying or changing the locks, but not less than EUR [XX].

  • The trader is entitled to charge at least [XX] EUR if he has to open the item because of a lost or left-in key.

Use of the site

  • The target is defined in the target description

  • During the rental period, the customer has the right to use the property and its equipment and separately defined services.

  • If the reserver notices any deficiencies or other remarks, he/she must immediately inform the person responsible for reservation management.

  • The customer is responsible for the cleanliness of the property and the removal of waste during and after the rental period.

  • The customer is responsible for the final cleaning of the property at the end of the booking.

  • If the customer has not cleaned the object, the Merchant will charge the full cost of cleaning the object. Cleaning work [XX] eur/h, travel expenses [XX] eur/km, travel time is included in the working time.

  • The object is at the customer's disposal during the period specified in the object description.

  • Pets

    • The owner is fully responsible and liable for any damage caused by his/her pets.

    • Pets must be kept tethered within the national park area.

    • Pets are not allowed to be left alone in accommodation without supervision.

    • Pet owners should pay particular attention to the cleanliness of the accommodation. The accommodation will always be checked after the pet and, if necessary, cleaned by the Merchant.

    • The presence of pets in the accommodation is always indicated separately.

    • The pet owner must also follow any specific instructions that may be issued.

  • Special conditions for rental equipment

    • The customer should refer to the safety and operating instructions for the equipment. The equipment must be used carefully and only for its intended normal use. The lessee undertakes to carry out a safety check during the rental period. The rented equipment may not be taken out of the country and may not be sublet. The hired vehicle may only be used to the extent permitted by the conditions and only at locations suitable for the user's level of skill and competence. The customer uses all equipment at his own risk at all times.

    • For water sports equipment (e.g. canoes, kayaks, SUP boards and rowing boats), the customer declares that he/she is able to swim and has previous experience in using the equipment.

    • The customer must return the equipment immediately at the end of the rental period to the agreed location, cleaned and otherwise in the same condition as when it was handed over. The lessee must inform the lessor without delay if the return is delayed. The Lessor shall be entitled to charge an increased rent of [XX] % for the excess period, unless otherwise agreed.

    • The customer is liable for any damage and costs caused to the rental equipment during the rental period due to negligent or incorrect handling and inadequate maintenance. The customer is obliged to replace the equipment destroyed or lost during the rental period at its replacement value. The customer is responsible for compliance with transport, safety and other regulations. The customer is obliged to notify the lessor immediately of any defects in the equipment.

    • The lessor is responsible for the repair of the equipment due to normal wear and tear. The lessor shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs or damages incurred by the lessee as a result of the use of or damage to the equipment. The lessor does not undertake to supply new equipment to replace the damaged hire item, nor to reimburse any direct or indirect costs arising from the interruption of work.

Damage compensation

  • The Customer is liable to compensate the Merchant for any damage caused by the Customer to the Object. The Customer is also liable for any other persons visiting the property and for any damage caused by them during the reservation.

  • The trader will not compensate the customer for any damage or expenses caused by natural conditions, such as insects, animals, sleet or unexpected weather changes.

Complaints

  • Any complaints should always be made as soon as possible after the issue arises.

  • If the matter is not resolved satisfactorily or if it involves a claim for compensation, the complaint must be sent in writing within one month of the end of the rental period.

  • The trader will try to deal with the complaint as quickly as possible, but within a maximum of one month.

  • If the customer and the trader cannot reach an agreement, the customer can take the dispute to the Consumer Complaints Board.

Delivery conditions

Creation of a contract

  • The binding contract for the transaction will enter into force when the order is confirmed (order confirmation/payment confirmation).

  • The order confirmation/payment confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail.

Cancellation and return of the transaction

  • Products have a 14-day right of return under the Consumer Protection Act.

  • The right of return is only valid if the product is in the same condition as the original.

  • Any product packaging must also be marketable.

  • Please contact sales for more detailed return instructions.

  • The right of return does not apply to engraved or other personalised products, accommodation services, restaurant services or other leisure services contracted for a specific period of time.

  • The customer is responsible for the normal costs of the return.

Product guarantee

  • We comply with the warranty conditions specified by the manufacturer or importer.

Delivery

  • Delivery costs include postage and packaging. You can view the delivery costs after you have selected the payment and delivery method for your shopping cart.

Payment terms

  • The merchant uses reliable and secure payment methods for its services.

  • The merchant does not store bank account or credit card information at any time.

  • The customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of the payment method chosen.

  • Payment by invoice

    • The invoice must be paid by the due date indicated on the invoice.

    • Late payment charges are always added to invoices paid after the due date. If an invoice is paid after the due date on the original invoice and late charges have already been incurred, the charges will be invoiced separately.

  • If the payment transaction has not been successfully completed at the time of the order, the Merchant will not process the order.
